We are proud of the quality and diversity of the food and drink produced in Wales, and the fact that it competes on the world stage. We are here to nurture and support every business involved in the industry, from brewers, bakers, manufacturers and processors, through to retail and exporters, to tourism – wherever you are and whatever you do.  

Food and drink is a priority economic area in Wales, and the growth witnessed in recent years has been phenomenal. Our intention is to keep building on this success and make it even better, by supporting all within it to continue showing the world why Wales truly is a nation of food and drink innovators. 

Passionate though we are, we are also responsible. Underlying all the work of making and distributing food and drink is a layer of solid policies that help the industry flourish. We will continue with this, and our core ethos driving success through collaboration. At the heart of our success has been a true partnership between business, academia and government – both now, and in the future.
